I have great proposal ideas.
Ditto.
But, really, what is stopping us? If we REALLY wanted to, it wouldn’t be that odd for a woman to propose. I know some that did. (Some friends’ parents, etc.)
I don’t think I could ever propose to a guy. Especially not romantically. xD
